Family - The Team



 

  Priya Palanivel qualified as a Solicitor in 2005.  Priya has varied experience in Family Law including all aspects of Matrimonial work, as well as Public and Private law Children Matters.  Priya is a member of Resolution and is currently working towards becoming an Accredited member and joining the Law Society Family Panel.  Priya is an active member of the Association of Asian Women Lawyers.  Priya joined the Family team at Pearson Maddin in January 2008.

Our Family Law Department has extensive experience in advising clients on issues arising from relationship breakdown. This includes divorce, separation, financial matters and children. We also advise clients on civil partnerships and matters prior to entering into a marriage or living together such as pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
