Alison Earle Former head of the Dispute Resolution Department, from January 2011 Alison Earle is now a Consultant with a special interest in personal injury and employment law. She is a member of the Law Societys Personal Injury Panel, a Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Employment Lawyer's Association. Alison has many years experience with all types of employment issues as well as claimant personal injury claims including funding under Conditional Fee Agreements (No Win No Fee) and joined Pearson Maddin in March 2001.
