Dispute Resolution


We will work closely with you and agree a strategy from the outset to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our emphasis in on litigation being the last resort

However,we also appreciate that in some instances it is not possible to resolve a dispute without involving the Courts, or invoking a process such as arbitration, or expert determination.

At the first meeting with a new client we would discuss the litigation process generally and the alternatives available, identify the key issues, provide initial advice, give a realistic estimate of the likely costs and agree from the outset a strategy with them.

Throughout the course of the matter we keep our clients fully advised and keep the dispute under constant review until it is resolved either by negotiation or other process.

Personal Injury
