Commercial Property - The Team


The Commercial Property Department consists of two experienced solicitors. They are assisted by Fran Chadwick.

  Donald Morrison was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and became a Partner at Pearson Maddin in 1988. He is Head of the Commercial Property Department and is able to deal with all aspects of commercial property work with specific emphasis on secured lending and all aspects of landlord and tenant work.

Our Commercial Property Department has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions. This means that we are able to provide a full service to our clients, whether they are landlords or tenants, not only on acquisitions and disposals, but also on management work post completion and, where appropriate,we can call on the expertise of colleagues within our commercial litigation and/or company commercial departments.
